Abstract
Multiple congestions and multiple inadmissible voltage deviations of a grid need to be counteracted by changing active and reactive power infeed (redispatch). Since the problems and measures interact with each other, combined and optimized measures are needed to minimize the application of redispatch or to find a solution at all. The optimization method derived in this paper based on AC-PTDFs with a distributed slack is able to consider voltage und current limits, active and reactive power and their operating limits. The method is using a linear approach, thus it is very fast and it delivers a proper prediction anyway.
