Description

In our systemic study, we are creating concepts for global hydrogen supply infrastructures for use in H2-powered aircraft. The aim of the planned work is to show long-term perspectives and possible transition paths in line with a global energy transition and to derive recommendations for action for politics and industry.
The institutes united here cover the modeling of individual hydrogen components (IfES), entire energy systems (FKP), as well as evaluation via an ecological life cycle assessment (IfES) and via macroeconomic variables (IUW). These work areas will make a significant contribution to modeling and evaluating global hydrogen supply infrastructures for the use of H2-powered aircraft.
