Imaging modes: Contact Mode with Lateral Force Microscopy (LFM), AC Mode (Intermittend), QI (Quantitative Imaging), Supported non-imaging modes: force-distance spectroscopy, “fast force mapping”, xy: 100x100µm , z: 15µm (CellHesion: z: 100µm), with temperature-controlled and liquid cells, Atomic force microscope in combination with optical inverse microscope for cell experiments, cell-cell and cell-surface interactions. The system is capable of measuring samples in both air and liquid.
