Description
The code includes microscopic simulation of the signaling lineshape in the scenario described in the paper and the implementation of the Neyman-Pearson test for distinguishing the signal from noise and assess the errors of type 1 and 2. We also include code for optimizing the transition search parameters to find the fastest search strategy. Please see the comments in the code for more details.
