Abstract

The use of photolCs provides technical and economical advantages. The integrated optical sensor of the coherence radar system is an example of the integration of photodiodes and signal processing on a single silicon die. The article describes the complete opto-asic consist-ing of 32 channels, each one comprising photodiode, preamplifier and demodulator for the coherence radar signal.
